Completing a Delivery
Once a delivery has been completed, you can complete Check Calls and upload supporting documentation from within Surgeship.
Using the Actions Button, you can complete Check Calls and Upload Documents and PODs.
Surgeship works on a mobile device which allows drivers to complete check calls and upload POD documents if required.
Complete a Check Call
From the Route Details page using the Actions Button, you can select Complete Check Calls.
Each Drop will have a Complete Check Call button which will open the Check Call modal window. Here you can enter the Check-in / Check-out date and time.
Upload Documentation
From the Route Details page using the Actions Button, you can select Upload Documentation or Upload another Document.
You can click to browse for a file, or simply drag it into the purple area. The type of file upload can be selected from the Type dropdown (Invoice, Proof of delivery, receipt, report, etc.). Notes can also be entered to explain the document being uploaded.
View Uploaded Documents
To view documents that have been uploaded to a Drop you can click the Filename in the yellow bubble.
The View Proof of Delivery modall will provide you with details about the document as well as the option to Delete or Download.
